Heartland Awards Ordering Information
First step is to fill out a Request for Information Form.
Step 2 is to get a drawing and quotation.
Step 3 is to provide information for engraving.
Ordering Options for Donor Walls:

Online. This is the recommended option because everything is in writing. This reduces the opportunity for errors in engraving and on shipping. One misspelled document can delay delivery or require a plate to be engraved again. Our ordering system uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure security when ordering online. Your credit card information is safe with us. This option coming soon.

Phone Us With Your Order: Sometimes it is necessary to speak to a customer service rep to get all of the details certain. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30 Central Standard Time
Order Form: We request that you fill out the order form completely and accurately. Please double check all information. We need this information to process your order and your credit card payment online. Any information collected is held confidential, and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or exchanged with any third party except those parties involved in completing your order, such as credit card company and shipping company. Turnaround Time: Our normal turnaround time for Donor Walls is 10-20 business days depending on what you order. Please let us know if you need it sooner. We will tell you upfront if it will take longer. We will try to accommodate you if possible.
Email Communication: We ask you to provide your email address on all orders for ease of communication. If there is any question, we will contact you through email. When we ship your order, we will email you to let you know when to expect it.
We will send you an email from time to time announcing special promotions, new products, informational articles and coupons. If you would prefer not receiving these mailings, please check the box on the order form for: Do Not Send Promotional Emails
Payment Information: We require a down payment of 70% on all orders, due to the customized nature of our business.
Credit Cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do utilize the extra layer of security with all credit card purchases to help prevent fraud. We will need the code on the back of your card, and we will need to verify the billing address for the credit card.
Checks are acceptable, but we will not ship items until the check has cleared the bank.
Shipping: All packages are shipped by ground service: UPS, Fed Ex or Common Carrier Ground, unless requested otherwise. Customer is to pay costs for shipping. All expedited shipping costs are the customers responsiblity. Make sure there is plenty of lead time for production.
